Unconference Room : Good Hang out Zone for chillen !!

Wiki=>> why the delay, just get it up, IMHO the wisdom of crowds will add to it
1:1 looks good.. I second the notion.. in fact 1:1 and 1:Many can be org'ed via informal sessions of folks in the unconference room.. just group together and chat.. In fact I like that.. its will be like the idea of
Demo Grazing = > just following some demos from here to there
Unconferencing => Getting unzombifed on coffee and just chit chatting
WorkShop Grazing => Browing workshop schedules and attending
Main Fodder=> keynote speeches

This is what I think is a "mesh". Flexibity within some sort of structure, with pretty much unlimited areas for particiaptes to mesh together in thier own way..

is there something planned "informally" for sunday evening ??

you may want to think of having a 1=800 number routed at that location (mars) for calls from participates who may need info.. and also an info booth..
This is sounding very good. I love the "mesh" of structured and unstructured. Any ideas floating around about telepresence and/or remote participation? Granted, it could be a nightmare to setup, but mesh is setting up to be the conference that roared. Just a thought...

MaRS has the ability to webcast live via audio and vidoe any event held in any of the conference rooms of that state of the art facility. Would it be posible to have live webcast of the conference sessions and have simultaneous live blogging of the events. Mr. Perkins with his AlwaysOn conference held in Calfornia had this feature and it was quite powerful, as the speakers were talking behind them was screen showing live blogging, it put the speakers in check as blogger challenged the speakers as they talked.

What about having a type of speed dating event where numerous companies get three minutes to speak in front of a large group-These are the companies attending the conference, not the ones exhibiting there. So lets say 30 companies who are attending but not exhibiting, get the opportunity to give a quick blurb about their company and maybe some of the things they are looking to achieve at the Mesh conference. A transcript and blog script can be kept an available to all. Some members of the audeince can also be taking notes and jotting down ideas on each presenter and these notes and ideas would also be available to all.
